Lunch On the Steppes
A day in Molotschna requires a few adaptations.  We carried sack lunches each day, and one day we took the time to stop on a hill to enjoy the view with our lunch.

BushStop-L.jpg (62185 bytes)No public restrooms here.  "Bush Stops" required the men to find places on one side of the road, and women to go to the other.  I follow Delbert Wiens and John Esau to find a private space.

At a time like this, we are reminded of the ancient Pharisaical prayer, "I thank God that I was not made a woman."
